She qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1974 from Leeds Polytechnic. Resident in N.E. Lincolnshire, Helen has worked mainly in community clinics but for the last few years has been lead therapist for the Mainstream Schools Special Needs Service, a job which has kindled a real interest in developing strong links with Education. Throughout her career Helen has produced materials and resources for her own and her colleagues clinical use.

We began when looking for pictures for our son's home-based early education program. We found it almost impossible to find a good range of quality printed pictures, which was the reason behind us developing our own CD-ROM with an extensive range. Today our software is used by thousands of parents, mainstream schools, ABA therapists, speech & language pathologists, psychologists and early intervention centres worldwide teaching those with a wide range of speech and language difficulties and delays.
